1. About the Bosprom Rent platform
Bosprom Rent is a vehicle booking platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We connect you with verified car rental partners, negotiate prices on your behalf and follow your reservation from start to finish. Our goal is to provide you with professional service in 8 languages, 24/7.
How it works:
- You choose a vehicle and dates on our website
- You contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email
- We connect you with the best partner for your needs
- The rental contract is concluded between you and the selected partner agency
- Bosprom Rent is there as your support throughout the entire process
2. Reservation and vehicle pickup
You can send your reservation via WhatsApp (+387 62 914-925), phone or the contact form on the website. A reservation is confirmed only once we confirm the time and vehicle availability.
The vehicle is picked up at a pre-agreed location (usually Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar or Banja Luka airport) at the agreed time. You receive the vehicle clean, with a full tank and in proper technical condition.
3. Driver requirements and documents
- Minimum driver age: 21
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Young drivers (under 25) may incur a surcharge
- Required documents: valid driving licence, ID card or passport
- Foreign drivers whose licence is not in the Latin alphabet need an international driving permit
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website are indicative and may change depending on dates, vehicle availability, season and other factors. The final price is confirmed at the time of reservation.
Payment methods depend on the selected partner:
- Some partners accept cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash
- Some partners accept cash only (EUR or convertible marks)
- Payment is made when you pick up the vehicle
Security deposit: depends on the selected partner and vehicle. Some partners offer a no-deposit option (with full comprehensive insurance), while others require a cash deposit (€300 - €500) or a hold on a credit card. You learn the details at the time of reservation.
5. Minimum rental and mileage
The minimum rental is 3 days for all vehicles. Mileage is unlimited within BiH (unless stated otherwise).
6. Insurance
All vehicles include 100% comprehensive (CDW) insurance as well as mandatory insurance. Insurance details (deductible, full-coverage options) depend on the selected partner and vehicle. You learn them at the time of reservation.
7. Crossing the border
Crossing the border is allowed into all EU countries, but you must notify us at the time of reservation. The green card (international proof of insurance) is prepared before the trip. Some partners may charge a border-crossing fee.
8. Airport delivery
We arrange vehicle delivery to all 4 main airports in BiH (Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar, Banja Luka), 24/7. We agree on delivery details via WhatsApp roughly 30 minutes before your landing.
9. Cancellation of a reservation
If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the selected partner and the time of cancellation. We do our best to accommodate clients in case of flight delays or unexpected changes.
10. Damage, fines and vehicle return
The vehicle is returned at the agreed time and location, in the condition in which you picked it up (with normal wear and tear). Damage caused by the renter, traffic fines and administrative fees are borne by the renter. Late return may be charged additionally according to the partner's policy.
11. Liability
Bosprom Rent is a platform that connects you with partner agencies. The final rental contract is concluded directly with the selected partner under its terms of business. Bosprom Rent strives to provide the most accurate information, but is not liable for:
- Changes in prices or vehicle availability at the partner
- Technical breakdowns of the vehicle
- Partner decisions to cancel reservations
- Indirect damages (missed flights, costs of alternative transport, etc.)
In case of any problem, Bosprom Rent will actively mediate between you and the partner to find the best solution.
